Camellies currently ships within the United States.

At this time, we do not guarantee shipping availability to:

  • APO/FPO addresses;

  • International destinations.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Camellies is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Camellies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend:

  1. Checking with household members or neighbors;

  2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly;

  3. Filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating shipments when possible.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Packages returned to Camellies due to:

  • Refused deliveries;

  • Unclaimed shipments;

may be eligible for reshipment upon payment of any applicable shipping fees.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product;

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging.

Requests submitted without supporting documentation may experience processing delays.
